Just returned from a 850 mile trip in West
Virginia. The Golden Eagle Kit surpassed
my expectations. The trip included about
13 steep mountain pases, several dirt roads
and alot of rough pot holed roads. The rim
is still true and belt looks great.
I took along several different
gear sizes
and the 14 handled most
anything with the
Honda engine and some pedaling
but a few
times I was glad I had
taken the 13 for steeper
mountains.
Awesome product and very
quiet a real joy
to ride. One day was 160
miles and I was
ready for more the next
day thanks to the
minimal vibration. Prior
to getting the Golden
Eagle, 70 miles was about
my limit in this
type of terrain.
